Delivery and Returns

Delivery:

Royal Mail 24 and 48 is our shipping method.

Delivery aim 1 - 2 days.

Our regular dispatch lead time is 1 - 3 working days, however this could be longer during busy periods.

We don't dispatch on bank holidays.

Returns:

We are happy to accept returns but only for Candles and Accessories, Wax Melt products are excluded due to the nature of these products.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The item must be in a sellable condition and returned at your own cost.

Please inform us of any damaged goods within three days of receivng the order at lindsey@northernglow.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
